Dr. JC Doornick has been a retired Doctor of Chiropractic and a full-time Optavia Coach for almost 19 years now. His struggle with his health and weight came at a time when he had become a workaholic and was navigating the toughness of a failed marriage, faced depression, which prompted emotional mismanagement and eating. He discovered the Optavia program through a friend at a time when he needed something to pull him out of this reactive scenario and get him winning on the scale. After losing 80 lbs and experiencing a complete transformation of his body and mind, Dr. JC decided to dedicate his life to guiding and supporting others on this journey.
